Mullen Defends Milley's Conversations with China as 'Routine'

Former Joint Chiefs of Staff chairman Mike Mullen said Sunday on ABC's "This Week" that the conservations between Gen. Mark Milley and Chinese officials after Jan. 6, which were "routine."
