Van Hollen: 'If You Have a Rigged Trial There's No Exoneration' for Trump

On Sunday's broadcast of ABC's "this Week," Sen. Chris Van Hollen (D-MD) said if the Senate impeachment trial does not have witness and documents then it will be "rigged' which he believes would not be an exoneration for President Donald Trump.
