AMC Movie theaters will be bringing back "Willy Wonka And The Chocolate Factory" to 55 cineplexes across the country according to an article just published on The Hollywood Reporter. The famed actor who played Willy Wonka died at the age of 83 from complications that rose from Alzheimer's disease. AMC will also be bringing back another of Wilder's cornerstone films, Blazing Saddles. The western comedy marked the first partnership between Wilder and filmmaker, Mel Brooks. Both films will be screened on September 3rd and Fourth and tickets will only be 5 bucks apiece. Grab the family and take them to the church of Gene Wilder, the movie theater, and see two of his best.
