The No Limits Radio Show recently welcomed Small Business Center client, Yoko Morris, founder of CAREHELD. Yoko is also one of 16 finalists in the SBCN Startup Showdown Powered by Wells Fargo, where she is currently preparing for the Pitch-It phase of the competition. CAREHELD was inspired by Yoko’s personal challenges with long COVID. Her experience led her to develop a more connected, patient-centered approach to care. CAREHELD is a fully virtual platform that bridges patients and providers through Integrative Group Medical Visits (IGMVs), a membership community, and care management services. Programs like this incorporate mindfulness-based practices and focus on topics such as stress, nutrition, sleep, and the mind-body connection.
