Doug Bandow: How War Hurts the U.S. Economy

Doug Bandow, a senior foreign policy scholar at the Cato Institute, talked about war's deleterious impact on the economy during an event sponsored by the Center for a Responsible Foreign Policy. Bandow called for a more restrained foreign policy, which in turn would improve the American economy as well as Americans' standard of living.
