WH Spox Schlapp on DREAMer for Wall Deal: 'We Have Been Open for Discussion'

On Wednesday's "CNN Newsroom," White House Director of Strategic Communications Mercedes Schlapp responded to a question on whether the White House would be willing to exchange protection for DREAMers for increased wall funding by stating, "We have been open for discussion, open for negotiations for the Democrats."
