Katy Vicchitto was raped when she was a senior in college in 2001, She spoke out after the sentencing of Jancys Santiago at the Bronx Hall of Justice on Friday. Santiago was sentenced to 25 years in prison after being convicted in June of raping Vicchitto inside her apartment. The crime remained unsolved for more than two decades before investigators used Investigative Genetic Genealogy to help crack the cold case.
