Sen. Blumenthal: Republicans Are 'Complicit in All These Shootings'

Senator Richard Blumenthal (D-CT) said Tuesday on CNN's "Erin Burnett OutFront" that Republican lawmakers are "complicit" in all the mass shootings that take place in the Untied States because they are not in favor of new gun legislation.
