Manic set builder Randy Lawrence has created a giant Lady of Guadalupe soaring above his street using more than a thousand suspended glass bottles filled with colored water. His landmark sculpture is best viewed at 9 a.m., when the sun causes each of the convex-shaped carafes and vials to glow like incandescent light bulbs.
