Beto O'Rourke: Migrant Families Should Not Be Detained If They 'Pose No Threat'

Sunday on CBS's "Face the Nation," 2020 presidential hopeful and former Rep. Beto O'Rourke (D-TX) said if he were president he would not put migrant families in custody if they "pose no threat or danger to the United States."
