A new café has opened its doors in the pavilion of a park in the north of the Norwich. Park Britannia can now be found at Waterloo Park, in Angel Road, and it is the third café to be opened by Britannia Enterprises, the social enterprise which helps to rehabilitate serving low-risk prisoners or ex-offenders by giving them the opportunity to undertake valuable work experience.
