Ret. Lt. Gen. Keith Kellogg: Russia Has Turned Out To be Belgium With Nuclear Weapons

Ret. Lt. Gen. Keith Kellogg on 'Special Report,' highlighted the issues with the Russian military in Ukraine: "Well, what happened is general, who is their senior four star. He came up doctrine two years ago and they did away with the soviet style doctrine mass formations like the Battle of Kursk 6,000 tanks moving across the plains. They came up with BTGs battalion tactical groups about 800 soldiers. They don't fight combined arms well we in America do. Small units, not well led. They don't have the senior leadership we have in the American army. Everything you look at the Russian army is flawed and the Ukrainians have taken advantage of that. This is truly a paper tiger. I hate to say this because I'm probably insulting people when I say it Russian is turning out to be Belgium with nuclear weapons."
