RCP Tom Bevan talked about current midterm polling numbers and previewed the RealClearPolitics Polling Accountability Initiative in an interview with FOX News host Jon Scott on Saturday. "It is unknowable until November 9th, and then we'll be able to sort out the details and figure out, you know, exactly -- and we're actually doing this as part of our RealClearPolitics Polling Accountability Initiative," Bevan said. "We're going to be ranking pollsters based on accuracy. So we'll take a good, hard look at who was accurate, who was not accurate, and we'll see. But right now it's unknowable. What we do know is that over the last three cycles, Republicans have been underestimated in the polls at various levels, various stages, various degrees." "I think if there's my polling error that's available out there right now, you would have to think that it's on the Republican side, that Republicans are being underestimated," Bevan said. "Again, that's something we won't know until all the votes are counted."
