Matthews: Barr 'Out to Destroy' the FBI to Cover for Trump

On Tuesday's broadcast of MSNBC's "Hardball," host Chris Matthews said that Attorney General William Barr is "out to destroy the government, the FBI, everything, in order to cover the tracks of the president."
