Obama: Change Happening 'Too Rapidly' for Many, While Others Tired of Deferring Dreams

Former President Barack Obama said Monday on "CBS  Mornings" that while change can't come soon enough for some Americans tired of deferring their dreams, for others it is coming "too rapidly."
