Energy Secretary Granholm Blames Rising Gas Prices on OPEC 'Cartel'

Energy Secretary Jennifer Granholm said Sunday on NBC's "Meet the Press" said rising gas prices are because OPEC is a "cartel" that controls more than 50% of the petroleum supply.
