New Delhi: A little girl in school uniform was seen taking a joy ride with her dad seated behind on a scooter. Though the girl's riding was impressive and her father looked extremely proud, netizens were livid. They criticised the father as the young girl was clearly not old enough to have a two-wheeler license. To make matters worse, both the rider and the passenger weren't wearing helmets.
