Michael Steele: 'Mad King' Trump Is 'Actually Reflecting His Mad People'

Former Republican Party Chairman Michael Steele, said Monday on MSNBC's "Deadline" that President Donals Trump is a reflection of his supporters who are "angry, frustrated, suffering victimhood."
