Kamala Harris on Calls to Ban Trump: Twitter Is a Privilege Not a Right

On Thursday's broadcast of CNN's "The Lead" 2020 presidential candidate Sen. Kamala Harris (D-CA) said President Donald Trump potentially being banned from Twitter is not a "violation of free speech" because it is a "privilege" to use that platform.
