During an interview with CNN on Saturday, Senate Judiciary Committee member Richard Blumenthal (D-CT) stated that the fact that President Trump wasn't indicted by the Mueller report "is probably dictated as much by the policies that the Department of Justice has adopted as a result of the Office of Legal Counsel opinion."
