A freight train carrying automobiles partially derailed outside San Diego’s Petco Park June 6, sending several rail cars tumbling onto their sides and leaving some leaning against a bridge support in an incident that could shut down a major San Diego roadway for up to two weeks. The derailment happened shortly after 4 p.m. on the BNSF Railway tracks in Barrio Logan, beneath Harbor Drive just south of Park Boulevard, according to CBS 8.
