During his testimony before the House Judiciary Committee on Wednesday, Special Counsel Robert Mueller stated that his investigation "found insufficient evidence of the president's culpability" in crimes related to Russian election interference and agreed that the investigation didn't establish that members of the Trump campaign conspired or coordinated with Russian interference.
