Carville to McConnell: 'Go Ahead Blow Yourself Up' -- 'Bring it on Dude'

Former lead strategist for Bill Clinton's 1992 presidential campaign James Carville said Wednesday on MSNBC's "The Beat" he is not concerned about Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell's (R-KY) threat to implement a "scorched Earth" response if Democrats change the filibuster.
