Hakeem Jeffries (D-NY) said Congress will investigate the Trump administration at the direction of Attorney General Bill Barr using D.C. police and National Guard troops to clear out peaceful protesters from Lafayette Park so Trump could visit of St. John's Episcopal church across from the White House on Monday.
