A man believed to be a Sudanese migrant was arrested on suspicion of attempted murder after shocking footage appeared to show an attempted beheading on a Northern Ireland street. The victim, a local man in his 40s, suffered serious injuries to his face, neck and back in what police described as a "brutal" attack.
