Harris: We'll Defer to Health Experts and Teachers' Unions on Elementary School Openings

During an interview with CNN on Thursday, Sen. Kamala Harris (D-CA) said that the Biden-Harris administration will defer to both health experts and teachers' unions on opening elementary schools.
