How Utah's "Music vs. Depression" Movement Began in Tennessee

International music artist Paul Cardall, with roots in Utah, was listening to a sermon in a church in Tennessee where Alvin Love III said, "Maybe the reason people don't SEEK God is because they don't believe they're VALUABLE to God." Cardall, already in the middle of producing a Christmas album, put his current project on hold and commenced gathering a team of artists focused on one purpose: create an album of songs with arrangements and lyrics designed to increase self-worth and combat anxiety and depression.
