Bass: Justice in Policing Act Would Have Saved Garner, Floyd, Taylor, and Rice

During Friday's Democratic Weekly Address, Congressional Black Caucus Chair Karen Bass (D-CA) stated that if the Justice in Policing Act had been law, Eric Garner, George Floyd, Breonna Taylor, and Tamir Rice would be alive because the bill bans chokeholds and no-knock warrants for drug offenses and creates a national police misconduct registry.
