Cory Booker: If I'm the Nominee Dems Will Have a 'Wave Election' and 'Win the Senate'

On MSNBC Friday,  2020 president hopeful Sen. Cory Booker (D-NJ) said if he is the Democratic Party nominee for president 2020 will be a "wave election," which will win them the majority in the Senate.
