SpaceX launched eight satellites to low Earth orbit (LEO) for Louisiana-based telecom company Globalstar from Florida, as well as the USSF-366 mission for the U.S. Space Force from California, on Aug. 15, 2026. The two rockets launched just 38 minutes apart, breaking SpaceX’s previous record — set on Aug. 31, 2024, with two Starlink missions — by 27 minutes.
