Teen murder victim found in Kern County vineyard identified nearly 50 years later

The Kern County Sheriff’s Office held a press conference to provide an update on a 1978 cold case involving an unidentified juvenile Jane Doe and recent developments in the investigation. She’s been identified as 15-year-old Michelle Louise Collier out of Fresno, CA.
