Canadians wanting to leave China delayed, government monitoring Japan cruise ship, says Trudeau

Ottawa is telling Canadians stranded in Wuhan, China that their flight out of the city has been delayed by about 21 hours. Government officials are blaming weather conditions. Meanwhile, Prime Minister Justin Trudeau says the government is working with Japanese authorities as 251 Canadians are among thousands of people now quarantined on the coronavirus-afflicted Diamond Princess cruise ship off the coast of Japan.
