Minneapolis City Council President: 'Don't Have All the Answers' On Responding to Violent Crime W/o Police

Monday on CNN's "New Day," Minneapolis City Council President Lisa Bender  sad she does not have all the answers when asked who would respond to violent crime once her plans to disband the Minneapolis police department is enacted.
