Kevin tours the yard with Roger and the landscape architect to look at the new plantings and hardscape. Tommy and Norm check out the new addition at the back of the house. Then Kevin steps inside to meet Emily for a tour of the updated front hall, dining room, and pantry. Upstairs Richard finds Nick in the master suite which now extends into the new addition of the house. The homeowners have his and her closets and a spacious new bathroom with the latest technology. Norm finds Emily in her daughter’s room. They inspect the finished painted walls and then head up to the third floor to see how the addition allowed an extra room in the back of the house. Back outside, Kevin and Tommy tour the new front porch with its flared roof, new brackets and shingled columns. Inside Kevin and the designer discuss her design choices in the living room and new family room. Everyone meets up for a tour of the kitchen, including Charlie and many other subcontractors. Roger presents the homeowners with a special gift that came from their yard.
