Schumer: Phase 4 Coronavirus Legislation ‘Will Come Up in a Few Weeks’

On Wednesday's broadcast of CNN's "OutFront," Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-NY) called for President Trump to grant hazard pay for federal workers who are in harm's way and argued that Congress should legislate this in phase four of coronavirus legislation, "which will come up in a few weeks."
