Srinagar: In an encounter at Pulwama that commenced on Monday, Security Forces killed a top Jaish-e-Mohammed terrorist who is assumed to have plotted Pulwama terror attack. The terrorist, identified as Kamran, is a chief operational commander of the JeM.
