Clyburn Calls Dems to Use Reconciliation for Constitutional Right of Voting or America Will End up Like Roman Empire

Majority Whip James Clyburn (D-SC) said Monday on MSNBC’s "Deadline" the Senate must bypass the filibuster by using the reconciliation process to protect the constitutional right of voting or America is "going the way of the Roman empire."
