Representative Sheila Jackson Lee (D-TX) said Tuesday on CNN's "Newsroom With Alisyn Camerota and Victor Blackwell" that former President Donald Trump and his Chief of Staff Mark Meadows' emails to officials at the Department of Justice after the 2020 presidential election "were clearly breaking the law."
