Jacob Marx was stuck and killed by a falling shop sign outside of a Camden Road branch of William Hill. William Hill Organisation Limited were acquitted of two charges relating to breaches of health and safety law that were alleged to have led to his death. The prosecutions had been brought by Camden Council.
