Cardin: 'We Think' We'll Have a Bipartisan Border Security Deal Within Next Two Weeks

Sunday on MSNBC's "Kasie DC," Sen. Ben Cardin (D-MD) was optimistic there would be a "strong" bipartisan border security in the next two weeks after President Donald Trump signed legislation Friday to temporarily end the partial government shutdown.
