Dem Rep. Malinowski: Wall Funding 'The Most Painful Concession' - I'd Need Comprehensive Reform to Consider That

On Monday's broadcast of CNN's "New Day," Representative Tom Malinowski (D-NJ) stated that funding a border wall would be "The most painful concession for me to make," and that if he is going to consider that, "I need to see comprehensive immigration reform. I need to see an end to the cruelties of the last two years."
