In an interview with Teaching Channel, Tch Laureate Joshua Parker shares his thoughts on how to coach for equity. He talks about ways in which he coaches teachers to reach all students, including giving teachers the supports, strategies and expertise needed to differentiate instruction. Joshua believes the more empowered a teacher feels, the more likely they are to reach all of their students' needs. He sees thinking about equity as an essential part of his coaching practice.
