Attorney General Barr Says He Expects to Release Mueller Report Within a Week

During his testimony in front of the House Appropriations Committee on Tuesday, Attorney General Barr promised Congress and the public a redacted version of the Mueller report “within a week.” In his letter on March 29, Barr had stated four areas he wished to redact, including grand jury information, confidential intelligence sources and methods, information that can interfere with ongoing investigations and privacy and reputational interests of peripheral players.
