Sen. Hirono: It's 'Appalling' Trump Would Even Consider Another Shutdown

Monday on CNN's "Situation Room With Wolf Blitzer," Sen. Mazie Hirono (D-HI) said it is "appalling" President Donald Trump would even consider shutting down the government if no compromise is reached during the three week extension.
