Schiff: Trump Is Trying to 'Overturn' the Legitimate Results of the Election

House Intelligence Committee Chairman Rep. Adam Schiff (D-CA) said Wednesday on CNN's "Situation Room With Wolf Blitzer" that President Donald Trump is attempting "to overturn the results of a perfectly fair and well-executed election."
