DHS Chief Mayorkas: Border Crisis Because Trump 'Dismantled' Entire Immigration System

Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas said Sunday on CNN's "State of the Union," the current crisis at the U.S.-Mexico border is "because the entire system was dismantled" by former President Donald Trump.
