On Monday's broadcast of MSNBC's "José Díaz-Balart Reports," Biden Campaign Co-Chair Sen. Chris Coons (D-DE) stated that Senate Majority Leader Sen. Chuck Schumer (D-NY) gave a "thoughtful and thorough speech" calling for Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu to be voted out and "A core part of Sen. Schumer's message was that, after October 7, it's urgent that the people of Israel have an opportunity to be heard and to be participants in an election that would form a new government...this is a shattering change in Israelis' understanding of their security, the October 7 attack by Hamas."
