Artel to open second coffee shop and brunch spot in Norwich after crowdfunding £10,000

Artel coffee shop, currently based on Wensum Street, will open a second store on London Street after crowdfunding £10,000. It will serve brunch and have a floor dedicated to graphic design and showcasing local artists' work.
