Rep. McCaul: It's Time to Consider 'Hitting Back' at Russia

The top Republican on the House Foreign Affairs Committee, Rep. Michael McCaul (R-TX) said Sunday on ABC's "This Week" that the U.S. should be “hitting back” at Russia for harboring those responsible for the recent cyberattacks.
