Cedric Richmond on Impeachment: I Believe that Trump 'Has Committed' Crimes

Sunday on CBS's "Face the Nation" Cedric Richmond (D-LA) said President Donald Trump should be impeached becuse he has committed crime by when he "attempted to obstruct justice."
